You can easily transfer shapes in to Illustrator, by copy and paste function. Just draw a shape in photoshop, select it with vector tool (pen) then copy it (ctrl+c) and paste in Illustrator (ctrl+v)

LOL! Spent the best part of 2 hours doing just that last night! Still trying to find a way of converting a .csh file into vector .ai or .eps file. If anyone knows, please let us know. TIA

.csh are files for photoshop’s shapes, this file is only for sharing shapes between photoshop users, is no a file for work.
Use photoshop, import shapes and export vector to AI.

Thanx for the heads-up on this. Converted this as well! But still looking for an automatic way of converting these shapes files to illy files.
