I think it’s one of the most popular tools of this software, because it’s so easy to add artistic effect of your background, create grunge borders, decorate your artwork with floral elements, shining blinks and abstract lights in few clicks. There are so many online resources where you can download photoshop brushes for free but most of those brushes are not available for commercial purposes.
