We all know how good it is to have correct clipart in a times of tight deadlines and creative block which, sooner or later, happens to all of us. And It's much more better to have them for free. That's what we doing here - sharing tons of design tools for free. Most of them even free for commercial purposes: web-design and prints, brochures and b-cards, posters and flyers, creative illustrations t-shirt design, book/CD/DVD covers or logotypes. But please don't sell Dezignus.com freebies as is. Have Fun!
Nice set of wide backgrounds in vector. To change it’s color scheme you need to change only the color of background’s rectangle. As I suppose these vectors can be very useful for creating: banners, headers, footers or even night club flayers. I wish you never-ending Inspiration.

why dont people who use adobe CS3 save the file
in an older version, so its possible for others to open the file with, lets say illustrator 11 or 12

Daniela: Por lo que he visto, el header está hecho usando JQuery y tres imágenes PNG con transparencia alfa que se mueven a diferentes velocidades para crear profundidad, sobre un JPG de fondo.
