It’s not automatic conversion, that picture was draw by talented Russian designer.

I know someone who is using this image everywherefor business purposes. Lounge at 30 on corn street in bristol have it on their billboards and flyers. Oh oh!
i worked for the advertising company who set-up the campaign for lounge at 30 and I know for a fact the image they use was bought from stock image site.
